If your country is only listed as 525/60, an NTSC tape will be fine.
If your country is only listed as 625/50, a PAL tape is what you need.
We do not produce SECAM tapes, but any SECAM VHS machine can play PAL tapes in black & white and many will also work in colour - please check your operating instructions to be sure.
