If you use AOL or Hotmail and don't seem to be getting email replies from us, we recommend that you try the following:

• Please check your spam or junk folder - our reply might be hiding in there, falsely identified as spam!
• Please make sure our email address is included in the Contact List or Address Book of your email service.
• You might wish to establish a new web based email address - such as googlemail - which does not block genuine emails so often.
• If all else fails, try decreasing your level of spam protection to allow emails from us to arrive.
• Remember that with 'free' email services, you often get what you pay for.
