The DVD features some of the Museum exhibits, the SMT Ruston-Hornsby engine on display, a trip to the top platform of the 30m high steel lattice headframe, some views of the enormous 2460kW (3300hp) Yates & Thom steam winder, the largest in Europe; and a short trip on the museum narrow gauge railway. The museum is managed by volunteers of the Red Rose Steam Society, who gave unstinting help to us during this visit.
