| Does anyone have information about these engines. They were developed by Col Still. They are a combination engine, diesel engine with waste heat going to a steam boiler. The cyclinders are in a common block. Is there one preserved anywhere?? David DEB. | |

| Some additional info. The steam from the boiler supplied steam cylinders which where extensions of the diesel cylinders. A common piston connected to a cross head which in turn drove the crankshaft. I know several ships had these engines. A Leeds firm build a railway loco but after a Director burnt his hand the project was dropped, firm??? David DEB. | |
