Video compilation 2: Pont-nedd-vechan Gunpowder Works

A guided tour of the site and remains of the Pont-nedd-vechan Gunpowder Works, South Wales, with former employee Tom Pritchard. The tape also features Tom's interesting collection of artefacts recovered from the site.

This tape is an example of the technique pioneered by I.A.Recordings, of "Oral History With Pictures". The most important content is Tom's recollections of his work at the gunpowder mill, but the sound track is often enhanced by the visual content as he displays his artefacts and shows us around the ruins of the mill buildings.
