Views of the abandoned Victoria Level of the Sygun copper mine in 1982, before work started on the museum project, are followed by a brief underground tour of this excellent mining museum, shortly after it opened to the public in March 1986. Entrance to the Victoria Level
A wooden jack-roller winch Sygun mine, set in the beautiful Welsh mountain scenery of Snowdonia, is where the froth flotation method of mineral separation was first used commercially.
